We added literally tons of toasted coconut, layering it into different processes to get the right amount in both aroma and taste. That indulgent coconut balances the chocolate malt notes and the deep, rich roast of Vietnamese coffee. The result is a smooth, slightly sweet beer with a satisfying roastiness and a well-rounded balance of flavors that make every sip decadent.
