San Diego Beer Week is upon us, which means it’s time for AleSmith’s premier SDBW event, Speedway Grand Prix! Our signature imperial stout with artisanally roasted coffee races around your palate as various AleSmith staff members partner with our brew team to dream up and produce unique riffs on the highly-acclaimed Speedway Stout.
Due to pandemic concerns, we’re conducting the Speedway Grand Prix a little differently this year. We will be offering two different ways to experience the enjoyment of this year’s Speedway Stout variants: join us in our Tasting Room for dine-in and beer service and/or (for the first time ever) purchase a convenient 16oz can mixed 4-pack to enjoy at home!
Speedway Grand Prix Dates and Times
- Friday, November 13: 12pm – 9pm (Tasting Room and outdoor beer garden open)
- Saturday, November 14: 12pm – 9pm (outdoor beer garden open only)
- Sunday, November 15: 12pm – 6pm (outdoor beer garden open only)

- Beers only available in laps. No substitutions, individual tasters, or crowlers during the three days of the event.

- A meal is required in order to enjoy a beer with us. $5 meal vouchers can be purchased at the bar to use at the food truck. Zoe’s Place will be the food truck for this weekend.
