2025 Order of the Anvil Membership Includes:
PLEASE NOTE: Order of the Anvil members may pick up their member beers in person at our Tasting Room Gift Shop in San Diego. Shipping to CA is also available at an additional cost. Members receiving shipments within CA must be at least 21 years of age and must be available to sign for their deliveries and verify their age. If you can’t make it in person to pick up, please designate a trustee/proxy who is of legal age to pickup or receive the member beers on your behalf. We will check IDs for both trustee/proxy and member at time of pick-up. Again, member beers not picked up or shipped within 90 days of the first available procurement date will be forfeited and refunded with a 25% restocking fee assessed.
DETAILS OF MEMBERSHIP:
Member Releases:
Membership beers are scheduled to be released quarterly but may be released at any point during the membership year of 2025.
Beers (bottles or cans) included with your membership will be allocated to your online store account automatically upon release. Members will have the opportunity to purchase additional bottles or cans, subject to availability, before each release becomes available to the public.
Member-Monthly Tastings:
Every month, you are entitled to enjoy one flight of four tasters or one full pour of any beer on tap, including barrel-aged beers. Along with your own tasting, you have the privilege of bringing a guest who will also receive a flight of four tasters or one full pour. It’s important to note that these tastings are only valid during the designated month and cannot be carried over to future months. Any unused tastings will expire at the end of the month and will not be rolled over. To take advantage of your monthly tastings, please present your Order of the Anvil membership punch card. This exclusive offer is intended for personal enjoyment only. Any resale or commercial use of the tastings is strictly prohibited. We want to ensure that all members have the best experience possible, so please be aware that the management reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership privileges if necessary.
Member-Exclusive Events:
Throughout the year, we will host events for members of Order of the Anvil. Some events may include an additional cost for those who choose to attend and their allotted guest(s).
Merchandise & 15% off Member Discount:
We will continue to offer Order of the Anvil-branded merchandise throughout the duration of the membership year. These items will be available for purchase and are not included in the initial registration fee.
15% off Member Discount applies to to-go beer and merchandise. Exclusions include AleSmith barrel-aged beers and products manufactured by Yeti, Linksoul, and CheeseSmith. Discount may be applied in person by showing proof of membership to AleSmith employees or with a unique promo code for the AleSmith online store.
Termination of Membership:
The membership program runs from January 1st, 2025 through December 31st, 2025. It is non-refundable and members do not have the option to opt out during the course of the membership year. While we hope never to do so, AleSmith reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time.
An individual is allowed one membership. If a member is found to have multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel all duplicate memberships purchased by the member. All beer purchased and/or obtained through your “Order of the Anvil” membership is for your own consumption. Please always feel free to enjoy the beers and share them with friends. We reserve the right to cancel any membership.
