We’re BACK! This year’s Brew Hee Haw will consist of 3 sessions (1 Friday, 2 Saturday). This is a BOGO (buy one, get one) event requiring a total of 6 1/2BBLS (3 donation, 3 purchased). If you choose to use packaged products or 1/6BBLS, please provide the equivalent – no less. 2 styles will be poured at each session. It is up to you if the same 2 styles are poured each session or if you would like to mix it up throughout the event.

PLEASE NOTE: Since this is a three-session, two-day event, breweries are required to participate in all three events over both days. Please provide at least one brewery representative per session. Let me know if representation is an issue.

Charity and Event Information:
The Event Sponsor, ABC license holder, and the primary event charity is BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS of Orange County, 501-C(3) 95-1992702. They will provide the Special Event policy for this event. You will need to bill them for the beer, but please send your invoices to: email@example.com
There are only certain windows for load in and load out. We will send out instructions for load in/out 2 weeks prior to the event. You will need to make sure your stuff is dropped off and picked up on the appropriate days, due to the working days of the fair we can’t make adjustments easily.
The vendor, for themselves, employees and all other affiliates, known and unknown, being fully aware of risks associated with this event, hereby release and agree not to sue anyone associated with this event. I give my permission to Brew Ha Ha Productions and all attendees, affiliates, sponsors, media, etc. to use my name, photographs, or any other media including video or audio format collected at this event.
