Penny built a thriving career as upper-level management in corporate America for over thirty years until a near death experience disrupted her well planned out life. As a result, she left the workplace ten years ago and has dedicated all of her time to researching toxic stress, childhood, and generational trauma. She’s a certified energy leadership coach focusing on conscious lifestyle transitions. Penny has authored her first book, sharing the vulnerability of her journey and is in the process of co-authoring a second book with a colleague in higher education.
