*Load-In Saturday, February 29th, from 9:00 – 11:00 am
*Check in at Event Gates (see Lot Map below) – Staff wristbands & taster cups will be provided there.
*Drive vehicle in, unload, move vehicle to designated Parking Area asap (see attached Lot Map).
*A Quadrant Leader will be assigned to your area that will be your point of contact for supply needs throughout the event and to answer any questions.
*If ice is needed (beverage and food stations), it will be brought to you shortly after checking-in.
*Must be ready to go by 11:45 am!
*For safety reasons, we do not allow teardown until 5:00 pm.
*VIP: 12:00 pm
*General Admission: 1:00 pm
*Last Call: 3:30 pm
*Event Ends: 4:00 pm
