Event donation/Purchasing – Purchasing AleSmith employee covering event – Jose Morales Product needed for event – 2-3 handle jockey box, Co2 tank, AleSmith branded tablecloth, info sheets with descriptions of the beers being poured at event, 2 tap handles w/ specific handle sticker for each keg poured, 2 packs of coasters, small buckets for tap spills, jockey box tool kit Kegs needed – Ba Specialty Speedway (Feb release, self distro), Logical Choice (Stone Distro) Hello friends near and far! I hope all is well with you. I wanted to send out the details for Draught In The Desert beer festival at Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs on Sunday March 22nd. Firstly, let me thank you all for your help in making this happen. I really appreciate it and I know the beer fans from the Coachella Valley (and beyond) do as well. Here's the details I have to share with you. EVENT TIME: 1PM-4PM LOAD IN: As early as 9AM, no later than 11AM LOAD OUT: 4:30PM WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING: Jockeybox w/ all necessary attachments Ice bucket for kegs or something similar Signage/promo/swag A person to pour the beer Tent/Awning. Please let me know if you do not want to be outside SWIM WEAR! We have a pool, please use it! WE WILL PROVIDE: Ice Co2 tank Tables A couple more things: Please let me know the 2 beers you will be pouring. Please direct all invoices to me. PLEASE share some info on social media.
